I have an anger problem but I manage to control my anger by talking and walking.
Thanks for sharing your story Amy. Anger can certainly be stressful. I am glad you found a simple way to deal with it. Walking is such a natural stress relieving exercise.
There are other effective stress relieving things you can do to learn how to deal with anger which you might also find useful. For example, you can enhance the stress relief results of your walking by practicing deep slow breathing while you walk. It really helps to calm the mind and emotions when I do this.
