Removing Stress from School...

Before you start your day, pray.
After school… sit for a while. Do the things that you are comfortable with.
After that… start reviewing. Do your assignments.
Before you have your study hours… eat your dinner so you can think actively.
The best thing to do is to do your works or home works before 9:00 pm.

Tip: don't think negatives… because you can't work if you are thinking negatives.
